The Water Removal Process

A trained Flood Department technician will arrive at your property in uniform, introduce themselves and lay out a mat to prevent tracking dirt and debris in and out of the area.

Upon entering your build, our professional moisture detection equipment will be utilized to evaluate the area and document conditions inside and outside. We will also assess the moisture levels in materials in the affected and unaffected areas. This step is important for both the remediation process and dealing with the insurance company.

Our technicians will evaluate and document the source, reason and time that the water intrusion occurred and also catalog any visible material deterioration, pre-existing damage and microbial growth.

Once we establish moisture content and drying goals for the affected area, we will let you know the plan and begin the restoration process.

We will work with you to restore your home or business back to wonderful condition and let you get back to life as normal.
